Ok, having a weird issue. When I do a index search of all the message bases on my BBS its shows the date of the latest message posted. If
there is a new message posted it will show the correct date. But after a day or so if there has been no new messages it shows the last post date
as 01 Jan 1970. If I read a message form that base that show 01 Jan 1970 and exit out it will change the date to the date that the last message
was posted.
Any Ideas?

I've noticed the same thing. Can't remember the first time I noticed it however.

Yes sir. I see the dates change just as you wrote. It hasn't bothered me, I just considered it a "quirk" of the system. On 11 Feb 2023, Cozmo said the following...

Is this when searching for text or when using the Index Message Reader? The dates seem find here using both. I'm on Linux/64 though:

Be interesting to see what your ACS permissions are for those message bases, it might be that you haven't set up a list ACS or something
right. I've not seen this behaviour before, this is the Windows version
of Mystic right?

This seems to be a A49 thing, as both of you are running A49. I don't
see it in A48.. I would post a message on the Fido Mystic Echo to g00r00 and let him know.
Sorry, I forgot to add I'm using A47.
