    VIA I 144-146 MHz ai RADIOAMATORI ?

    SCANDALOSA PROPOSTA FRANCESE PER L'AGENDA al WRC19

    La prossima World Radiocommunication Conference 2019 (WRC-19), Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, 28 October to 22 November 2019 potrà essere una fase storica di discussione per il mondo dei radioamatori, difatti tra le
    proposte di mettere in agenda degli oggetti, vi è quella francese che
    chiede di discutere l'allocazione della banda
    144 -146 MHz per "new non-safety aeronautical mobile applications" in primario...

    The list of bands that are proposed for study of possible new
    allocations to the aeronautical mobile service on a primary basis is
    revised by adding the band 144-146 MHz, the bands xxxxxxx MHz and
    xxxxxxx GHz being maintained.

    lo studio e le motivazioni

    that in Region 1, there are only few primary mobile allocations

    beyond 146 MHz, other than aeronautical mobile en route (R), in which
    the aeronautical mobile service is considered;

    that the band 144-146 MHz is allocated to the Amateur and Amateur-Satellite on a primary basis in all Regions and may be
    considered for possible new allocations to the aeronautical mobile
    service on a primary basis;

    Sostanzialmente cari amici, nell'ultima conferenza preparatoria di
    Praga del 21.06.2019, i nostri cugini d'oltre alpe hanno proposto per i servizi " NON SAFETY MOBILE " aereonautici di avere in primario tale
    banda 144- 146 MHz. Questa paradossale quanto scandalosa proposta, considerando che le bande 140-144 e 146-149 sono praticamente utilizzate
    solo da pirati, non tiene minimamente conto dei radioamatori, anzi la
    ritiene che pu├▓ esser considerata possibile per le nuove allocazioni.
    Occorre pertanto farci sentire attraverso tutti i canali possibili,
    su tutti i paesi e con tutte le istituzioni iniziando da subito tutti
    uniti contrastando in ogni maniera questa eventualità.
    TUTTI INSIEME DOBBIAMO ESSERE UNITI DIFFONDENDO IL MESSAGGIO CHE
    NON INTENDEREMO IN NESSUN MODO LASCIARE LE NOSTRE FREQUENZE CHE
    DIFENDEREMO IN TUTTE LE SEDI.

    Dovremmo da subito iniziare a diffondere tra tutti gli OM questa
    oscena proposta e fare in modo di sensibilizzare i governi di ogni paese
    che saranno presenti con i loro rappresentanti al WRC.
    Mi domando se il rappresentante italiano si sia posto il problema, troveremo il sistema di farcelo dire.
