I was checking out the updates for FreeDos when I came across an article that The Semware Editor (the BB of Qedit) has become freeware. There is also an old Dos version available.

This is great news. I use Qedit in DOSBOX for my QWK mail processing, but
was looking for a good 32-bit console editor to use in 64-bit Windows. I bet TSE can fill that need for me.

I used qedit for years in DOS, although forgot all of the wordstar editing commands over the years, looking forward to checking this out.

It's all baked into muscle memory - but TSE also uses the standard
Windows CUA commands and has a command menu up top.
