Getting a glowing skin in just an hour is impossible but there are some steps which can
gradually change your skin to glowing and healthier

Here are some of the ways how you can get a glowing skin not just in an hour or a day
but they will surely help you in getting glowing skin gradually what I personally followed

I started drinking more water I noticed my skin looked better when I drank a lot of
water every day.

I try to drink water whenever I feel thirsty

I wash my face gently I wash my face two times a day in the morning and at night. I use
a mild face wash and never rub my skin hard

I stopped touching my face again and again I learned that touching my face makes my
skin dirty and causes pimples so I avoid it as much as I can.

I moisturize my skin daily even when my skin feels oily I still use a light moisturizer. It
makes my skin soft and fresh.

I use sunscreen before going out I always apply sunscreen before stepping outside. It
protects my skin from the sun and keeps it healthy.

I eat healthy food I try to eat fruits vegetables, and home cooked food. When I eat less
junk food my skin looks brighter.

I sleep on time I noticed that good sleep makes a big difference. When I sleep well my
skin looks fresh the next day.

I remove my makeup before sleeping no matter how tired I am I always remove my makeup before going to bed. This helps my skin breathe.

I stay happy and stress free I learned that stress affects my skin a lot. I smile more
relax, and do things that make me happy

I learned that simple things actually works the most not just more and more but less
impacts more.
I followed these routine and today I got my desired skin touch wood this all was from
consistency and my patience paid off.
