There are various signs and symptoms of kidney failure. I will list some of them.

You will have foamy urine. This is actually due to protein loss which in medical
    terminology you will say proteinuria.

Extreme fatigue : due to CKD, kidney will not produce hormone erythropotien that's why
there will be less production of rbc s. You will be anaemic. That's why will feel weak.

Kidney will not be able to filter blood and remove toxins like urea, cr, extra fluid. That's
why there will be accumulation waste products inside your body. You will feel heaviness.
Due to fluid overload you will have difficulty in breathing. There will be swelling in legs,
ankle, face, puffiness around eyes, water retention in lungs, stomach.

You will not be able to eat food due to accumulation of toxins inside your body. Whatever
you will eat you will vomit it out. Food contains urea, phosphorus, K+. If these gets out
of range you will have vomit symptoms.

You will have high blood pressure as kidney another function is to maintain blood
pressure. Due to high BP you will have severe headache. If your BP is Uncontrolled for a
longer duration then you can have seizure that will be one the causes for kidney
    damage.

You can even have high sugar levels. Monitor your sugar levels. There is one test that
measures sugar for three months - Hba1c.

You will also face gastric problem.

Due to accumulation of waste products inside body, you can even have allergy on skin.

You can face these symptoms in the form of series - one after another or you will have
one of these symptoms mentioned above. I hope this resolves your query.
