    About a quarter of people with a heart attack do not have symptoms of a heart attack,
    which is called a silent heart attack, but people who do show symptoms are like the
    following:
    The feeling of severe pain and pressure in the chest area

    Shortness of breath and difficulty breathing

    Feeling dizzy and lightheaded

    Nausea and vomiting

    Feeling of pain or discomfort in the abdomen above the stomach.

    Severe sweating

    Headache and pain in the teeth and jaw.

    Feeling of heartburn or indigestion.

    Pain in the left arm or both arms.

    Back Pains.
