The big question is how much damage you want to do to yourself to lower your A1C
quickly?
The most natural and healthiest way is to drop your general food intake while increasing
your weekly exercise.
Primarily you should do cardio and other high energy exercise, always watch your blood
sugar frequently however as going low while exercising is a real possibility.
Now, there is another way, however I do not have any scientific studies to its exact
usefulness.
I have seen many diabetics i know do this, you need to up your water intake to the point
that urine is crystal clear.
This lets your kidneys ram new blood cells into your blood stream while removing the
old, sugar coated ones.
This is why many diabetics get extremely thirsty when their blood sugar is high, because
their bodies only defense mechanism against high blood sugar (after releasing insulin of
course) is to replace blood cells to get rid of excess sugar.
However, it s an incredibly stupid way of lowering an A1C and could potentially be fatal.
Drinking too much water causes water intoxication that leads to the basic cell chemistry
falling apart.
A notable case of death from this for example is artist Andy Warhol who died during
surgery from an excess of fluids, so don t do this method or you might end up seriously
harming yourself.
