    fatty liver, infection, alcohol intake and poor dietary intake.
    The Liver plays an important role in digestion, detoxification and metabolism. Poor liver health can affect the overall health of a person.

    If the liver is not functioning well, the toxic substance in the body get piled up, which
    can cause fatigue.

    Poor appetite: If the liver function is not working properly, it can affect the digestion and
    bile production.
    This can lead to reduce hunger or feeling of fullness.

    Nausea : The Body will not be able to digest the processed or heavy foods because the
    liver struggles to digest fat and other nutrients, which can cause discomfort or bloating.

    Weight loss : The metabolism of a person gets poor, and hunger also get reduces .

    Which can cause unhealthy weight loss.

    Pale skin : When liver is not working properly, bilirubin builds up in the body in excess
    amount. Which can cause paleness in skin.
