To help lower blood sugar it is good to eat foods that are healthy, filling and slow to
digest.. vegetables like spinach cabbage, broccoli and bitter ground are good choices
because they contain fiber and less sugar..

Foods with protein like eggs ,dal ,panner ,fish and chicken can also help control hunger
and keep sugar level stable.. whole foods such as oats , brown rice , millets , nuts , and
sprouts are usually better than junk food or backer items..

Fruits likes apples guava ad oranges can be eaten in small amounts.. drinking more water
walking after meals sleeping properly and avoiding sugary drinks can also help manage
blood sugar in a natural way
