    Plan to use it at least for a year, but once a month. A CGM sensor lasts for 14 days.

    Wear it for 14 days in a month and study your glucose levels after each meal or activity.
    Use the remaining part of the month to modify your food and lifestyle to suit you so that
    you get the best blood sugar responses from the experience of CGM data.

    When you use the next CGM sensor, you should find some improvement in your blood
    sugar responses compared to your previous readings.

    CGM apps give you ratings for your meals based on your blood sugar responses and also
    give you metabolic scores.
