From Mike Dippel@999:1/1 to All on Wed Apr 22 09:58:34 2026
It is recommended that everyone not skip breakfast at any cost, as our body is in rest
mode for almost 8 12 hours.

Therefore, we need to take a healthy breakfast, because what we take in the morning is
    absorbed very quickly.

Most in the morning include nuts & seeds, it gives energy for the whole day.

Some of the healthy breakfasts are:

1.Vegetable Uthappam we can add lots of vegetables here like carrot, beetroot. palak,
    tomato, etc.

    2. Steamed idly we all know idly, we can add vegetables here too by grating on top of
    the idly

    3. Overnight Oats meal soak rolled oats in the night with curd and milk, add chia seeds.
keep it in the fridge in the morning, add fruits, whatever we like, super yummy and
    healthy.

    4. Egg omelet and dry fruit shake with egg omelet include a glass of dry fruit shake with
milk, add dry fruits as per your choice, add banana, and milk blend it properly, if
needed, we can add honey to

    5. Poha with lots of vegetables.
Poha is flattened rice, known as poha or chura, is a popular food made from parboiled
rice grains that are flattened into light flakes

    Mike,

It is RARE that I eat breakfast, as I'm not an early riser, since
I don't rest well at night.

When I've ordered breakfast items, I get a deal through Burger KJing
via DoorDash (or wherever there's a buy one, get one). I've ordered
the double sausage egg and cheese croissant (buy one, get one), with
an order of hash browns, a large Sprite, and some cookies as dessert
(because "stressed spelled backwards is desserts" <G>).

Lately though, I've had 4 meals, with just 2 sandwiches...either
with a variety pack of Starkist Tuna Salad (Deli Style, Bacon Ranch,
Ranch, Hickory Smoke, Honey Barbecue, Lemon Pepper, plus Herb And
Garlic), with Kraft Sweet Honey Barbecue Sauce...OR one of the Hormel
Compleats meals. While not large, it is satisfying.

Great time for me to read this. It's almost dinner time and I'm getting hungry. (: The packaged tuna is always a great option. Tastes great, easy to fix and not too expensive.
