Mike,
It is recommended that everyone not skip breakfast at any cost,
as our body is in rest mode for almost 8-12 hours.
It is RARE that I eat breakfast, as I'm not an early riser, since
I don't rest well at night.
When I've ordered breakfast items, I get a deal through Burger KJing
via DoorDash (or wherever there's a buy one, get one). I've ordered
the double sausage egg and cheese croissant (buy one, get one), with
an order of hash browns, a large Sprite, and some cookies as dessert (because "stressed spelled backwards is desserts" <G>).
Lately though, I've had 4 meals, with just 2 sandwiches...either
with a variety pack of Starkist Tuna Salad (Deli Style, Bacon Ranch, Ranch, Hickory Smoke, Honey Barbecue, Lemon Pepper, plus Herb And
Garlic), with Kraft Sweet Honey Barbecue Sauce...OR one of the Hormel Compleats meals. While not large, it is satisfying.
Daryl
... Overmedicated?? We have a prescription for that!!
