A bowl of cereal may be healthy food, but eating one bowl of cereal daily can be good
depending on the type of cereal you are taking and the method of consuming it.
It can be a fiber and energy source and you need only go to whole grain, low-sugar such
as oats or bran. However, processed cereals are high sugar and they crash energy, and
they do not contain much nutrition.
What you add also matters. It is more balanced and satisfying when combined with
cereal and milk, fruits, or nuts.
Finally, I can say a single bowl of cereals is all right when it is healthful and included in a
balanced diet in the whole day, though, not every cereal is healthy.
