• Whatÿs the impact of skipping breakfast long-term?

Skipping breakfast can be a good habit for a couple of reasons.

First, your body goes to fat-burning mode while you sleep.

When you skip breakfast you likely will remain in fat-burning mode a will burn a little fat.

Second, it helps you close your eating window. (the number of hours during a day you
spend eating) and intermittent fasting ensues.

Long-term? Your body will adapt to its new schedule and you will have to find another
    way to change it up.
