Whatever they enjoy eating most, as long as they eat all of it.

You can calculate the number of calories you need daily, based on age, body weight and
    activity level.

You determine your Basal Energy Expenditure (BEE) and adjust for you physical size and
activity level, then simply consume the amount of calories you need.

If I need 1000 calories to get from breakfast to lunch, without crashing, then I need to
eat 1000 calories worth of food. Of course, I will be better off eating a balanced diet, like
some eggs, lean meat, fruit and toast, rather than five Snicker s bars.

I can advise you as to what you should eat, but it s ultimately up to you.

So, determine how many calories you need, consume that amount and you should be
good. Just don t get them all from Snickers bars.
