• What happens if you stop eating sugar and only eat fruits?

If you eat a lot of fruit you also get a lot of sugar, fructose. Fructose is a bit slower than
white sugar (sucrose), but it s still sugar, and the end result is the same, glucose.

Fructose is metabolized in the liver while sucrose is partly metabolized in the liver, and
    partly immediately converted to glucose.

Fructose taste sweeter than sucrose, so you may eat less of it. It is a bit slower to
metabolize, but still generates a big insulin response.

Fructose may contribute to liver fat accumulation, which is a key driver for insulin
resistance, and diabetes. So for that reason, fructose is often considered as worse than
    sucrose.

There is no healthy sugar if you eat too much of it. Fruits are just sugary juice with
some vitamins in cool containers, so don t eat too much fruit. It s not healthy the more
    you eat, on the contrary.
One fruit is healthy, many fruits make you fat and makes your liver cry.

So if you stop eating sugar and only eat fruits, you may lose some weight if you don t
    over eat fruits.
