    Vegetables
    Rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber
    Examples: Spinach, broccoli, carrots, kale, cauliflower

    Which Provide vitamins (like C and A), fiber, and natural sugars in our body. Examples: Apples, berries, oranges, papaya, bananas

    3. Nuts and Seeds
    Also Healthy fats, protein, fiber, and minerals

    Examples: Almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds

    4. Lean Proteins
    Which Helps build and repair tissues, supports immune health

    Examples: Fish (especially fatty fish like salmon), eggs, chicken breast, tofu, lentils,
    beans

    5. Whole Grains
    That Provide energy, fiber, and help with digestion
