    percent of the recommended niacin intake. Almonds have less of these helpful vitamins.

    Both of them are good sources of magnesium, but almonds have a little higher content
    than cashews.

    Almonds contain twice the iron and five times the calcium as peanuts, but they are equal
    in terms of zinc levels.

    It would, therefore, favor almonds in the verdict because they are nutritionally superior,
    having higher levels of iron, calcium, magnesium, and healthy fats than peanuts. You

    Both are very helpful for body if you eat regular.

    If you eat 7 10 soaked almonds every morning then you observed muscle growth gradually.

    Strong bones skin growth and control weight

    If you eat peanuts every day then you feel the muscles.

    It contains high in proteins which is good for muscles. Health heart and boost energy along
    that it controls the sugar values on blood
