I got mine for about $50. It monitors Pulse, Temperature, Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, Blood Oxygen and has an ECG feature. It seems pretty accurate compared to the readings at my doctor's office. The brand
is North Edge, but I don't think that matters. The software is
generic as well, Health Wear. If you spend around this range or more, you'll probably get something reliable. If you want comms features,
you'll have to go more. Same with weather resistance. This is fine
for me and does more than I need. Some watches in addition will
measure Lipids and Uric Acid. I'm not sure if there are any that
do BAC, but that would be nice!
