If you re efficient, then 45 minutes will be enough.
This counts both for gym sessions, walking, running, or whatever you want to do as
exercise.
Because it s not necessarily about how much time you re spending, but what you re
doing in that time.
For the gym, follow a full-body program with 3-4 exercises.
This is enough to see great gains, no matter if your focus is on strength or muscle.
For walking, just go on an easy stroll, have fun, and enjoy your time.
For running, or any higher-intensity exercise, whatever you can to fill out those 45
minutes.
If you re still getting into exercise, start slow and work your way up.
Now, the only thing that really should dictate how much time you need to exercise is
your goals.
